Fayyas Engineering Limited has cultivated the policy of recruiting, training and engaging 100% Nigerian workforce for the execution of her projects. Our target is to achieve 100% in provision of personnel, materials, spares and services that may be required for the execution of projects. We have reviewed our development plan to be in line with local development for indigenous contractors and host community development.
We enhance Nigerian local content via the following mechanism:
- Project specific local content plan.
- Employing competent and qualified local contractors to provide technical and non-technical services and support (when required).
- Investing in the development training of Nigerian to participate in higher level activities than hitherto.
- Investing in office, logistics, accommodation, computing systems and other business support infrastructure, goods, and services, all of which are purchased locally to augment other equipment procured internationally.
FAYYAS ENGINEERING LIMITED shall continue to utilize Nigerian human and material resources in the fabrication, construction and delivery of projects within the cost, technical, quality, health, safety and environmental standards. In-country capacity and capabilities of high international standards shall be deployed and enhanced through the training of personnel and up-grade of facilities when necessary.
