By ensuring that HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) remains a top priority for the Management and each employee and by maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the area of our operation. We will continue to deliver excellence in services to our clients.
It is the policy of FEL Fayyas Engineering Ltd. to conduct its operations in such a way that the safety, health and well-being of its employees, customers and persons living in the vicinity of the operation are safeguarded in so far as such safeguard depend on the company, while at the same time complying with all relevant HSE requirements and continual improvement of the HSE system.
All Site Managers, Construction Managers and Trade Supervisors must understand their specific responsibility for health, safety and environmental issues within the organization by ensuring that there are adequate health and safety facilities available and that the relevant safety requirements and codes of practice are known and adhered to at all times by their employees. In their absence, they will ensure that these responsibilities are correctly delegated.
It is equally the duty of all employees to exercise personal responsibilities and do everything possible to protect work site environment and prevent injury to themselves or fellow employees and all visiting third parties by observing the company safety rules and codes of practice.
It is also the employee’s duty to wear appropriate safety equipment and device when required. The Directors of the Company will give backing to this policy and will encourage and support all those who endeavor to carry it out.
